Liberty pulled off an upset for the ages by knocking off Baylor as it begins its transition to the FBS ranks, and the party clearly hasn't stopped.
Upon returning to Williams Stadium on Sunday morning, the Flames football team was met by a group of students who had come to celebrate the victory, and university president Jerry Falwell Jr. apparently shares the sentiment.
He stoked the fire of the celebration by declaring via Twitter that all classes for Liberty students would be cancelled on Monday in honor of the win.
I heard that a few thousand of you wanted classes cancelled monday. Enjoy the day off @LibertyU students! Way to go @LibertyFootball pic.twitter.com/Vb5xJlakjQ
