TCU could be without Darius Anderson for the remainder of the season due to a foot injury he suffered against Oklahoma on Saturday, head coach Gary Patterson told reporters, according to Jake Trotter of ESPN.
"Big loss, but like I told (the team), 'Who's the next guy?'" Patterson said. "'If you were the guy complaining because you weren't getting enough carries, well guess what? Now it's your turn. ... so somebody better step up.'"
Anderson suffered the injury after running for 42 yards and a score against the Sooners. The sophomore leads the team in rushing this season with 768 yards and eight touchdowns.
TCU's playoff chances took a major hit after the Horned Frogs fell to the Sooners 38-20.
