Jim Harbaugh joined Rich Rodriguez as the only head coaches in Michigan history to start 0-3 against rival Ohio State, according to ESPN Stats & Info.
Harbaugh fell to the Buckeyes for a third straight time Saturday, going down 31-20 in Ann Arbor. Michigan raced out to a 14-0 lead, but couldn't hold it, even though Ohio State lost its starting quarterback, J.T. Barrett, to injury in the second half.
By contrast, Harbaugh's counterpart Urban Meyer is now 6-0 against the Wolverines as the head coach of Ohio State.
Michigan hasn't defeated Ohio State since 2011, and has dropped 13 of the last 14 versions of The Game.
