Nelson Chenault-US PRESSWIRE
Arkansas made a splash in the 2019 recruiting cycle Monday, as four-star wide receiver Treylon Burks announced via Twitter that he had committed to the Razorbacks.
Burks is the 12th-ranked receiver in the 2019 class and the No. 88 prospect on the ESPN 300. He's also the second-ranked player from Arkansas.
The 6-foot-2, 190-pound wideout opted to stay in his home state despite receiving offers from other big-time programs, including Michigan, LSU, Ole Miss, and Florida State.
Burks is currently the Razorbacks' top-ranked 2019 recruit and their first ESPN 300 commitment.
