West Virginia-NC State, UCF-UNC canceled due to Hurricane Florence
Saturday's West Virginia-NC State and UCF-North Carolina games have been canceled due to Hurricane Florence, the teams announced Tuesday.
UCF said the two teams will discuss the possibility of rescheduling at a later date.
Additionally, Thursday's kickoff for Boston College's trip to Wake Forest has been moved up to 5:30 p.m, while Saturday's Ohio-Virginia game has been moved to Vanderbilt Stadium in Nashville.
Saturday's East Carolina-Virginia Tech game has also been canceled.
Hurricane Florence, a category 4 storm, has resulted in more than 1 million people facing mandatory evacuation orders Tuesday in coastal areas of Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, according to CNN, which projects hurricane-force winds may be felt around noon Thursday.
