Despite one grocery store's efforts, Irish Spring is determined to maintain a presence in Athens ahead of Saturday's matchup between No. 3 Georgia and No. 7 Notre Dame.
After Dill's Food City temporarily removed Irish Spring from its shelves earlier this week, the soap company joked on its newly launched Twitter account it would send a fresh supply of products to the University of Georgia.
Hey @universityofga - Heard you were out of stock in Athens, GA. We're sending a little luck your way. 🍀 Hoping for a good, clean game tomorrow! 🧼 #NDvsUGA 🏈 pic.twitter.com/kYipmNqSjW

Irish Spring is also considering handing out soap to tailgaters in Athens ahead of the game, according to Scott Gleeson of USA TODAY.
