Report: Bulldogs QB broke orbital bone in fight, won't play in bowl game

Mississippi State quarterback Garrett Shrader will miss Monday's Music City Bowl after he suffered a broken orbital bone in a fight with a teammate, Brad Logan of the Clarion Ledger-Hattiesburg American reports.
Shrader was injured in an altercation with linebacker Willie Gay at practice, according to Logan.
Tommy Stevens will be the Bulldogs' starting quarterback in their bowl game against Louisville.
Shrader and Stevens split time throughout the season. Neither was able to distinguish themselves after they produced similar stats.
