Report: Taulia Tagovailoa enters transfer portal

One Tagovailoa has left Alabama, and it appears another is following suit.

Quarterback Taulia Tagovailoa has entered the transfer portal, Matt Zenitz of AL.com reports.

The right-handed younger brother of former national champion and Miami Dolphins draft pick Tua Tagovailoa, Taulia joined Alabama in 2019 as a freshman. The four-star recruit attempted just 12 passes and threw for one touchdown while serving as the team's third quarterback behind Tua and Mac Jones.

Jones figures to take over as Alabama's starter, though the Tide also have the No. 1 recruit of the 2020 class in Bryce Young.
