The St. Louis resident is currently ranked as the 47th best prospect in the 2022 class on the ESPN 300.
A four-star prospect, Burden is projected to boost the Sooners' offense. He joins fellow pledges Jordan Hudson and Kobie McKinzie in Oklahoma's 2022 recruiting class.
Burden's commitment continues a recent roll of pledges to the reigning Big 12 champions. The Sooners' class of 2021 currently has 15 commitments, led by four-star quarterback Caleb Williams. They're in contention to deliver yet another solid recruiting class ahead of the early signing period from Dec. 16-18.
