Deion sets Guinness World Record for largest football lesson
Coach Prime added another record to his resume.
Deion Sanders set a new Guinness World Record on Sunday for the largest American football lesson as he and UCHealth teamed up to host a clinic at the Buffaloes' indoor practice facility in Boulder, according to CBS News Colorado.
Over 280 participants attended the clinic, which featured football drills for children ages seven to 10. The previous record was around 250 participants.
"I went up to Coach Prime and fist pumped him and I was like, 'I am never going to wash my hands again,'" one of the kids told CBS News.
This isn't Sanders' first time in the Guinness World Record books. He owns the distinction of being the first person to hit an MLB home run and score an NFL touchdown in the same week, and he's one of four NFL players with the most consecutive Super Bowl victories with a different team.
