Brady jokingly wagers SB ring in Michigan-Ohio State bet with Stroud
Tom Brady appears confident Michigan, his alma mater, will come away with a win in its upcoming matchup against Ohio State.
Brady welcomed Houston Texans quarterback and former Buckeye C.J. Stroud on Monday's episode of his "Let's Go!" podcast and jokingly wagered one of his seven Super Bowl rings on the Michigan-Ohio State game.
"Alright, so we got a bet," Brady said. "So, if Ohio State wins ... how about this? You get one of my Super Bowl rings. And if Michigan beats Ohio State, then you got to give me all your youth, your agility, your time in the 40, and all your future years in the NFL. How about that?"
Stroud agreed to the bet, to which Brady responded, "I've never bet my Super Bowl ring, so this could be ... I should be a little nervous."
Brady played at Michigan from 1995-99, posting a 20-5 record as a starter.
No. 2 Michigan will host No. 3 Ohio State on Nov. 25 at noon ET.
