Report: EA Sports College Football to feature multiple cover athletes
EA Sports will reportedly be taking a different approach with its cover choice for College Football 25.
There will be multiple versions of the new video game released, each featuring a different cover athlete, according to Matt Brown of Extra Points. The cover stars will be current college football players who each play in different power conferences and at different positions, Brown reports.
EA Sports announced in March that more than 10,000 players had opted in to have their likeness featured in College Football 25, which is slated to be released this summer. Those who opt in will receive a minimum of $600 and a copy of the game.

College Football 25 will mark EA Sports' first college football game since the release of NCAA Football 14 in 2013. The NCAA Football series was halted due to legal issues surrounding the use of players' names and likenesses.
