Maples had just 21 yards on six carries and did not play the fourth quarter due to an apparent injury, the Washington Post reported in Army's 34-20 loss to Stanford on Saturday.
With Dixon and Maples both suffering from apparent injuries, Baggett could be in line to see a lot more carries.
