Now that Ricky Williams has moved on from playing professional football, his focus has shifted to sharing his knowledge with young players as a coach with the University of The Incarnate Word.
Hired as an assistant coach with the Cardinals last August, Williams is settling into his new role as a teacher and mentor and has earned the respect of his players and peers as a result.
