Baylor Bears - Over 9.5 wins (-130), Bovada

Baylor returns only 10 starters, but Bryce Petty is among them, and he'll have the Bears' offense humming along all season. The team's schedule doesn't look all that troublesome, with games at Texas and at Oklahoma as the only real concerns.
The key will be how the Baylor defense performs, and that is a real question mark, but the team has the kind of offensive firepower to overcome some defensive deficiencies.
Florida Gators - Over 7.5 wins (-120), BetOnline

Florida took a major step back in 2013, but injuries are largely to blame for that regression. The team enters 2014 healthy, and with new offensive coordinator Kurt Roper bringing some legitimacy to the offense.
What Roper will be able to get out of Jeff Driskel is yet to be seen, but hopes are high. On the other side of the ball, head coach Will Muschamp is considered one of the top defensive minds in the nation and should shore things up on that side of the ball.
The team's schedule certainly isn't favorable, but their two toughest games inside the SEC East - Georgia and South Carolina - will be played in Gainesville.
Florida State Seminoles - Under 11.5 wins (-130), BetOnline

This is less a play on the current state of the Florida State Seminoles, and more a play against the likelihood of a team of 18 to 22 year olds winning 26 games in a row.
Florida State's schedule isn't overly difficult, but that could make it tough on them in itself. The team will face a tall order in both avoiding a national championship hangover, and getting up for lesser opponents week in and week out.
Washington Huskies - Under 9 wins (-105), BetOnline

Washington enters the first year of the Chris Petersen era with some big holes to fill, as the team's starting quarterback and top running back have moved on.
This will not be easy for a first-year head coach, and he'll have to accomplish the feat in what will be a very difficult Pac-12. The Huskies have four games against opponents ranked inside the top 20 of the AP poll, including games against No. 3 Oregon and No. 7 UCLA.
