It didn't take long for Penn State fans to celebrate the NCAA's decision to lift the remaining sanctions against the university stemming from the Jerry Sandusky scandal.
Hundreds of Penn State students gathered outside of Old Main on campus Monday night, proudly cheering the removal of the sanctions.

The crowd broke out into numerous chants, including the name of late head coach Joe Paterno, who was fired amid the Sandusky scandal.
That was followed by chants of "where's the statue?" in reference to Penn State's decision to remove the statue of Paterno that used to reside on the east side of Beaver Stadium.
