Florida's Muschamp worried more about his team than his job security

The situation is getting tense in Gainesville with some Florida fans calling for the firing of head coach Will Muschamp after the Gators fell to Missouri 42-13 on Saturday.

Muschamp, however, is more concerned about the status of his team and less concerned about the status of his job, reports Chris Vannini of 247Sports

“I’m really worried about this football team right now and getting back at 3 o’clock in a team meeting and sitting down with them and making sure they understand the things we need to do to improve and get better,” Muschamp said in the postgame press conference on Saturday. “That’s really what I’m worried about. I’m not going to get concerned with things I don’t have any control of other than this team. That’s the most important thing right now.”

The Gators' homecoming loss to Mizzou was Florida's third loss in the past four games.
