Louisville linebacker Lorenzo Mauldin and defensive end Pio Vatuvei are expected to play Saturday against Notre Dame.
Mauldin (hamstring) and Vatuvei (elbow) have both missed significant time with the injuries, but it looks like they're ready to go, according to The Courier-Journal's Jeff Greer.
"I think they'll both be ready," head coach Bobby Petrino said. "They practiced well all week. I think they've done a nice job. The trainer told me this morning that they would be ready to play."
