Spruce Derden-USA TODAY Sports

Head coach Hugh Freeze will stay in Oxford, Miss. for the foreseeable future, according to Ole Miss athletic director Ross Bjork.

According to a report by ESPN, Freeze's multi-year extension spans four years and is worth $4.5 million per year. It also includes raises for his assistants.

In three seasons with the Rebels, the head coach has led Ole Miss to a 24-14 record, including 9-3 so far this season, and defeating once top-ranked Mississippi State in the Egg Bowl.
