Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston reportedly did not testify during his Wednesday hearing in Tallahassee, Fla.
Winston did make a closing statement, but did not answer questions from retired Florida State Supreme Court Justice Major Harding over the course of the two-hour hearing, according to ESPN.
Harding gave the attorneys five days to file legal briefs, and John Clune, the attorney for the woman accusing Winston of sexually assaulting her in December 2012, said he expects Harding to make a decision within two to three weeks.
"We want him to be found responsible and want him to be expelled from school," Clune said. "I think knowing the facts of the case and what has been presented, I think there is a very, very good chance of that happening."
