Freshman wide receiver Bo Hines has announced his intent to transfer from North Carolina State.
Hines finished the season with 616 yards on 45 receptions.
Hines went for 79 yards on three catches in North Carolina State's 34-27 win over UCF in Friday's St. Petersburg Bowl.
