Ohio State has landed a pledge for its 2017 recruiting class.
Five-star offensive tackle Josh Myers gave a verbal commitment to the Buckeyes on Sunday.
The 6-foot-6, 290-pound Ohio native chose the in-state program over Alabama, Florida, Michigan, Notre Dame and Tennessee.
Myers was excited to tell coach Urban Meyer and his staff in person.
"It was awesome and really emotional," Myers told 247Sports. "It was great to get it off my chest and say I finally want to be a Buckeye."
