PHOTO: Ohio State's Cardale Jones takes back his 2012 'play school' tweet
An infamous tweet is the reason everyone remembers the first time they heard about Ohio State quarterback Cardale Jones, but it appears he's learned his lesson in the years since.
In October 2012, Jones expressed his displeasure with having to go to class instead of just practicing and playing football.
Now, more than two years later, after Jones filled in for the injured J.T. Barrett and led the Buckeyes to a conference championship victory and a national title in his first three starts, Jones addressed his tweet, calling it stupid:
#TBT still can't believe I tweeted something as stupid as this but hey, we live and we learn, after your religion/ pic.twitter.com/mqCLK2uEHw
