Fresno State to renovate Bulldog Stadium
Fresno State's stadium is about to get a face-lift.
Director of Athletics Jim Bartko announced on Friday the school's plans to improve all amenities and modernize the stadium to enhance the fan experience, according to the Hanford Sentinel.
"This is three months of brainstorming what are the possibilities and coming up with a concept that all parties from the University, to the athletic department, football program and the Red Wave can be excited about," said Bartko. "We will build Bulldog Stadium so it is a place for you and your families to go."
The new stadium will have access tunnels and a cross-sectional concourse allowing for fans to get to their seats, the restrooms, and concessions more easily. Construction will include a new press box and two-story football facility, with an HD video board.
