Report: UMass' Todd Stafford charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace
Massachusetts tight end Todd Stafford was reportedly arrested in Stamford, Conn., early Saturday morning, according to the Greenwich Daily Voice's Frank MacEachern.

Police said that Stafford pushed the man to the ground and another assailant kicked him in the head.
Police said that the victim sustained bruises to his face and legs, and was bleeding from his mouth and right arm. The victim's girlfriend, who witnessed the alleged incident, also had a bruise on her face.
Stafford's bond was set at $1,000. The two other men were each charged with third-degree assault, conspiracy to commit third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.
All three have court dates set for July 31.
