Indiana quarterback Zander Diamont has left Saturday's game versus Penn State with an apparent injury.
Diamont was on the receiving end of a big hit after throwing a pass early in the third quarter. It's a big blow to the Hoosiers, as Diamont was already filling in for an injured Nate Sudfeld.
Danny Cameron, the third-stringer, came on in relief for Indiana.
