Fort Worth Star-Telegram writer Carlos Mendez expects Boykin to play against Baylor on Friday, but is unsure whether Boykin is near full health.

Analysis:

Mendez has had a good read on TCU injuries all year, and while he mentioned the possibility that Boykin's effectiveness and ability to finish the game might be compromised, it generally looks like Boykin should be able to start the game after practicing early in the week. Between the injury and the rainy weather, Boykin is a bit risky, but his upside is obviously enormous.
