Bryce Harper and Randy Johnson lit up baseball Twitter on Friday when they were photographed together at the Fiesta Bowl in Arizona, but it wasn't until after the game that the NL MVP flexed his social media muscle.
Sporting a backwards Buckeyes cap and an Ohio State colored shirt, Harper had a VIP view alongside the Hall of Fame pitcher as the reigning national champions squared off against Notre Dame.
After the Buckeyes' 44-28 victory, Harper took to Instagram to celebrate the big win, and thank head coach Urban Meyer for gifting him a No. 15 Ohio State jersey.
In his post, Harper said he was "thinking of trying out next year" for the Buckeyes, and judging by the bicep-enhanced photo, it might not be the most far-fetched idea.
