Michigan's Willie Henry declares for NFL draft

Michigan defensive tackle Willie Henry is headed to the NFL draft.

The senior tweeted Wednesday he's prepared to make the jump to pro football.

"I have decided to continue my football career in a more professional direction," he wrote. "This decision wasn't easy. My family and I thought that this was the right time and choice for me."

Henry appeared in 12 games on the defensive line, making nine starts at defensive tackle this past season.
