The demolition process has begun on Floyd Casey Stadium, the building Baylor called home for 64 seasons.
Floyd Casey Stadium opened in 1950, and the Bears left in 2014 to move into the new and improved McLane Stadium.
It's expected that the old stadium will be completely torn down by June or July, according to Phillip Ericksen of the Waco Tribune-Herald.
It's unclear what the city of Waco plans to do with the site, though it could be transformed into a residential area, office and commercial development, or a recreational spot for sports.
