Amber Searls-USA TODAY Sports
Virginia and Old Dominion have agreed to play a three-game series, the first ever meeting between the two programs.
The games are scheduled for 2018, 2020, and 2022, with the first and last games to be played in Charlottesville, Va.
After fielding a program from 1930 to 1941, Old Dominion restarted its program in 2009. The teams never squared off in the first era of the ODU program.
