Ex-Michigan player pleads guilty to filming sex
ANN ARBOR, Mich. - A former Michigan football player has pleaded guilty to filming sex acts with a woman without her consent.
The Ann Arbor News reports 20-year-old Logan Tuley-Tillman pleaded guilty Monday in a Washtenaw County court to a felony count of capturing/distributing an image of unclothed person and using a computer to commit a crime, also a felony. An additional count of the first charge was dismissed.
Tuley-Tillman said in court he used the woman's cellphone to record their activities. Police have said the woman reported the sex was consensual, but the recording wasn't.
Tuley-Tillman previously told investigators he was too drunk to remember taking it.
He's scheduled to be sentenced March 28.
Coach Jim Harbaugh removed him from the team in September.
