Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh confirmed Friday that junior running back Derrick Green is no longer a part of the program, according to Mark Snyder of the Detroit Free Press.
Green was reportedly released in mid-January in order to seek a transfer.
Last season, he rushed for 157 yards and two touchdowns on 47 attempts. For his career, he's racked up 898 yards and seven scores.
