Here are theScore's small forward value rankings for Saturday's six-game slate.

Value Rankings

Top Options

Name Opponent Value
Maurice Harkless (POR) vs. MIN 9
P.J. Tucker (PHX) at NO 8
Luke Babbit (NO) vs. PHX 7

April basketball means there are plenty of reserves playing big minutes. While this trio does not have the cache of a Kevin Durant or LeBron James, they have all provided immense value in the closing stages of the season.

Though Al-Farouq Aminu has been stealing headlines in Portland, Harkless has been quietly plugging away. By averaging 14 points and eight rebounds over his last six games, Harkless has returned tournament value in nine straight games.

Tucker has five double-doubles in his last 10 games. He gets a favorable matchup against the depleted Pelicans.

Mid-Tier Targets

Name Opponent Value
Mirza Teletovic (PHX) at NO 6
Rudy Gay (SAC) vs. OKC 6
Kevin Durant (OKC) at SAC 6

Gay has been solid in his last three games registering double-doubles in two of them, while falling one rebound shy in the other. He may be a candidate for a rest day though, so DFS players should be cautious.

Durant is the top superstar to target Saturday. He gets a plum matchup and has scored over 30 points in four of his last five.

Nothing to See Here

Name Opponent Value
LeBron James (CLE) at CHI 5
Jordan Hamilton (NO) vs. PHX 4
Al-Farouq Aminu (POR) vs. MIN 4

James has averaged a whopping 25.3 points, 10.7 rebounds, and 7.7 assists in three games against Chicago this season. Unfortunately, his mammoth salary limits the value on such a stat-line.

Aminu is likely to see inflated ownership levels thanks to recent scoring outbursts. Even so, he should not be expected to provide another 27-point performance like he did on Wednesday.
