WWE suspends Alberto Del Rio for wellness policy violation

Alberto Del Rio has been suspended 30 days for his first violation of WWE's wellness policy, the company announced Wednesday.

WWE did not reveal what triggered Del Rio's suspension, which takes effect Thursday.

Del Rio, who's real name is Jose Rodriguez, is the second high-profile WWE star to be suspended in the past two months, following Roman Reigns.
