"Tonight Show" host Jimmy Fallon made quite the entrance at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday night, taking the stage dressed as embattled Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte.
No one seemed more amused by Fallon's impression than Michael Phelps, who was caught mouthing "Oh my God" and quickly reaching for his phone to capture the moment.
