Here are the key news and notes for Friday, September 23:
Seferian-Jenkins arrested for DUI
Greg Auman and Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times report Tampa Bay Buccaneers TE Austin Seferian-Jenkins was arrested on a DUI charge early Friday morning. Seferian-Jenkins pleaded guilty to a DUI charge in 2013 while at the University of Washington.
Fantasy Impact: The Buccaneers are already without third-string TE Luke Stocker for Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Rams. TE Cameron Brate should see a heavy workload in a less-than-favorable matchup. The Rams are allowing an average of just 6.85 fantasy points to tight ends through their first two games. WR Mike Evans remains the focal point of the passing game.

Jordan Howard likely to earn larger workload
Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune reports Chicago Bears RB Jordan Howard had a good week of practice, according to offensive coordinator Dowell Loggains. Howard could start eating into the workload of inefficient starter Jeremy Langford.
Fantasy Impact: Langford has averaged just three yards per carry on his 28 attempts this season, but he has managed to score a touchdown in each of the first two games. Howard has carried the ball just three times, but he has gained 22 yards with a long rush of 10 yards. He has caught each of his two targets for nine yards. He needs to be stashed in all formats.

Packers to work on getting Eddie Lacy more involved
Green Bay Packers head coach Mike McCarthy has said he'd like to give his running backs more attempts, per Rob Demovsky of ESPN. RB Eddie Lacy thinks the running game can help support the struggling passing attack, saying: "You definitely can tire a defense out that way as well, but you've got to play within the offense."
Fantasy Impact: Lacy is averaging 4.3 yards per attempt through two games, but he has totaled just 26 carries and hasn't scored a TD. The Packers are coming off a tough matchup against the strong rush defense of the Minnesota Vikings. The Week 3 opponent, the Detroit Lions, sets up more favorably, as does the Packers' home opener. Lacy is a bottom-end RB1 this week.
