Here are the key news and notes for Wednesday:
Hyde again sports non-contact jersey at practice
Carlos Hyde (shoulder) remains in a blue, no-contact jersey at #49ers practice.
— Matt Barrows (@mattbarrows) November 8, 2016
Fantasy Impact: Hyde owners have to be worried. After avoiding contact all of last week, it's almost a necessity Hyde relinquishes the non-contact jersey on either Thursday or Friday if he wants to play Sunday. Backup RB DuJuan Harris would fill in against a respectable Arizona run defense should Hyde once again be unavailable.

Cleveland looking to increase downfield passing game
#Browns Hue Jackson on Kessler: "Do I want to see the ball go downfield more? Yes I do. It's risk vs. reward''
— Mary Kay Cabot (@MaryKayCabot) November 8, 2016
Fantasy Impact: This sounds good on paper, but QB Cody Kessler's ability to execute downfield is another story. The USC product is just 4-of-16 on throws of 20 or more yards. Owners of Terrelle Pryor and Corey Coleman can bump their weekly projections slightly, but remember: this is the Cleveland Browns.

Romo medically cleared, now a "coaching decision"
Ed Weder of ESPN reports Tony Romo has moved from the stage of "medical decision" to "coaching decision" as to whether or not he sees time behind center. Despite the medical clearance, Romo is likely going to act as the backup to starting QB Dak Prescott, who has led Dallas to a 7-1 start.
Fantasy Impact: Romo is owned in just a handful leagues right now, and that's the way it should be. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones continually hints that Prescott will remain the starter, and who can blame him? The rookie ranks as the QB9 in fantasy scoring.
