Ric Flair shares epic drinking tales about Andre the Giant, legendary wingman

Ric Flair and Andre the Giant were notorious party animals in their wrestling heydays, so you can imagine how wild things got when the two of them hit the town together.

"The Nature Boy" shared some stories about their adventures together during an interview with ESPN's "Dan Le Batard Show" on Thursday, including how Andre would help him pick up women at nightclubs.

"I took him out in every club in Chicago in the '70s," Flair said. "Big Foot's here and I'm with him too so if you’re taking him, honey, get me a friend."

Le Batard noted that Andre must have been a great wingman, to which Flair replied, "the best."

Flair also spoke about Andre's legendary drinking habits, revealing that he once witnessed Andre drink 106 beers in one sitting. On another occasion, Flair said they cleaned an airplane out of vodka.

"I have been on a plane - on a 747 - with him going to Tokyo out of Chicago ... we drank every bottle of vodka on the plane. 540 pounds, brother."
