Lightning give Bishop tooth-themed birthday cake

It's not the most appetizing creation, but Ben Bishop's cake does have bite.
The Tampa Bay Lightning made Bishop a tooth-themed cake for his 30th birthday, which he celebrated Monday.

Bishop took a Peter Holland shot to the mouth and lost his two front teeth in a game against the Toronto Maple Leafs last month.
