A seagull got a little too close to the action during Sydney FC's 1-0 loss to Melbourne City in the FFA Cup final, but fortunately, goalkeeper Danny Vukovic was there to save the day.
Vukovic signaled to a referee to stop the match so he could rescue the seagull, who had been injured after getting hit by the ball. He carried the bird over to the sideline, where it was tended to by members of Sydney's staff before flying to freedom.
