Here are theScore's sample Squad Up lineups for Sunday, March 5:
Rolling road Thunder & Jazz
POS | NAME | OPP | FPPG | SALARY |
---|---|---|---|---|
PG | Russell Westbrook (OKC) | at DAL | 59.2 | 116K |
SG | Alex Abrines (OKC) | at DAL | 9.4 | 26K |
SF | Gordon Hayward (UTA) | at SAC | 35.6 | 67K |
PF | Derrick Favors (UTA) | at SAC | 21.2 | 46K |
C | Steven Adams (OKC) | at DAL | 25.5 | 45K |
Westbrook is the best - and most expensive - fantasy option on a woefully thin slate. Despite being on the road, neither the Thunder nor Jazz have overly strong defenses staring them down. Load up on options from both teams and watch Westbrook lead the way with yet another triple-double. Adams should excel against the Mavericks' plodding pace.

Let's Boogie with Utah's backcourt
POS | NAME | OPP | FPPG | SALARY |
---|---|---|---|---|
PG | George Hill (UTA) | at SAC | 29.6 | 57K |
SG | Joe Ingles (UTA) | at SAC | 15.6 | 39K |
SF | Harrison Barnes (DAL) | vs. OKC | 30.0 | 67K |
PF | DeMarcus Cousins (NO) | at LAL | 50.2 | 101K |
C | Kosta Koufos (SAC) | vs. UTA | 15.0 | 36K |
Anchoring with Cousins means sacrificing Westbrook, and going for a different Jazz duo instead. Barnes won't likely be stifled from 3-point range, as the Thunder register in the middle of the pack at defending the 3-ball. Ingles should draw the start if SG Rodney Hood is unable to suit up again, enhancing his value. The big risk is Koufos against the stifling Jazz defense, but he doesn't have to do much to return value at his salary and will be largely unowned.
