Brighton dominates the Championship's Team of the Season
Could this finally be Brighton & Hove Albion's year?
The Seagulls were heavily represented in the Championship's Team of the Season unveiling Monday, with goalkeeper David Stockdale and defender Lewis Dunk forming the foundations, and attacking ferocity coming in the form of the fleet-footed Anthony Knockaert and bulky frontman Glenn Murray.

The Sussex club fell short of the automatic promotion places last season due to a final day draw at Middlesbrough, and then lost in the playoff semi-finals to Sheffield Wednesday. This campaign, Brighton has a seven-point cushion in the automatic spots with eight matches remaining, but Newcastle United is top of the pile with one more point.
Newcastle has its own representatives in this term's best XI in Jonjo Shelvey and Dwight Gayle, but it's Huddersfield Town which has the second-highest props from the division. Tommy Smith and Aaron Mooy, a loanee from Manchester City, get nods, with gegenpressing advocate David Wagner given the manager's honour.
Elsewhere, uncompromising Swedish defender Pontus Jansson and striker Chris Wood are called in from Leeds United, and Scott Malone gets the nod over 16-year-old Fulham teammate Ryan Sessegnon at left-back.
