He may have prevented him and the Cleveland Cavaliers from winning back-to-back NBA championships, but LeBron James still has love for The Chef.
After it was reported that two-time MVP Stephen Curry had agreed to a five-year, $201-million super-max contract to remain with the Golden State Warriors, James took to Twitter to congratulate the Bay Area sharpshooter on his record-setting deal.
Curry - who earned roughly $56.8 million during his first eight seasons with Golden State - averaged 25.3 points, 6.6 assists, and 4.5 rebounds for the 67-win Warriors, while also leading the Association in 3-pointers made with 324.
