Iguodala joins TNT telecast at Quail Hollow; receives short game lesson
Stephen Curry isn't the only Golden State Warrior with a golf addiction - Andre Iguodala also has a huge passion for the game.
Iguodala joined TNT on Friday as a ''special contributor" to the telecast at the PGA Championship, and even received a short game lesson from 2012 PGA National Teacher of the Year Michael Breed while at Quail Hollow.
"This game is just like your game," Breed told the Warriors swingman. "All we're doing is playing basketball. When you hit this shot, I want you to figure out where you want to land the ball."
The two-time NBA champion climbed up to the TNT booth after the lesson, mentioning he's a big Rory McIlroy fan, but tries to learn from some of the bigger guys on tour due to his 6-foot-6 frame.
"Tony Finau … a good friend of mine, a tall guy (that) I can watch play," said Iguodala. "(Matt) Kuchar, he's just on the main feed right now, he's a taller guy. So, I try and find those taller guys, but Rory has been a guy I've watching for the last four or five years."
