Kyrie Irving unveiled the new Nike Kyrie 3 "Bruce Lee" on Friday, which was developed in collaboration with and as a tribute to his mentor Kobe Bryant.
The Cleveland Cavaliers point guard told the story of how he wore Nike Zoom Kobe V "Bruce Lee" kicks in the Nike Extravaganza when he was 17 years old. Now 25, the four-time All-Star said those remain his favorite shoes ever.
Irving wanted to commemorate that exhibition-game victory, along with the relationship he's developed with the "incredible" Los Angeles Lakers legend, with the new shoe, which features a merged version of both their logos.
