Belly-flops are something most divers look to avoid, but in the Norwegian sport of dodsing, they come with the territory.
Invented in the late 1960s, dodsing - or "death diving" - requires competitors to jump from a 10-meter-high diving board and remain straight for as long as possible before tucking their bodies to brace for the impact with the water. The highlights above and below are from the annual Dodsing World Championships, which took place Saturday in Oslo.
