Desmond Trufant | CB | Falcons | 89 |
One certainty in Madden 18 is that passing against the Seahawks and Broncos will be a very difficult task. Richard Sherman seems low as a 90 but he's still the game's fifth-best cornerback and he's got the support of Kam Chancellor and Earl Thomas behind him.
Malcolm Butler has proven to be plenty more than a one-play wonder in his two seasons since sealing Super Bowl XLIX, though few have given him as much credit as a top-three cornerback.
Landon Collins' breakout season did wonders for his Madden rating, moving him all the way up from 75 to 92. With Janoris Jenkins and Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie just missing the top-15 list as 89 ratings, the Giants defensive backfield is right up there with the Broncos' and Seahawks'.
