Bleachers built outside Russian stadium to appease FIFA

Ekaterinburg Arena in Yekaterinburg, Russia, is among the stadiums set to host the 2018 World Cup, but since FIFA rules require venues to have at least 35,000 seats, it had to improvise.
The arena, which was built in 1957, added a temporary set of bleachers outside the stadium that increased its capacity from 27,000 to 45,000, according to James Whaling of the Mirror.
