Favre 'absolutely' won't come out of retirement to replace Rodgers
Ken Blaze / USA TODAY Sports
We won't be seeing a 48-year-old come out of retirement to play quarterback for the Green Bay Packers.
Not that it was a plausible scenario anyway, but Brett Favre confirmed he has no desires to return to football.
Just asked @Favre4Official if he would come back to replace @AaronRodgers12 for rest of #Packers season: "Absolutely not," he said.

The longtime Packer still holds franchise records for touchdown passes and passing yards, and last played in 2010 for the Minnesota Vikings.
